I want my data to be deleted.

If you wish to have your data deleted that was provided during the purchase of one of our products,
please send an email requesting deletion to: support@digistore24.com.

I haven't received my book yet.

You’ll receive an email right after your purchase with the subject line:
“Digistore24 – Order Successful / Access Details”.

In this email, you’ll also find the download link for your purchased eBook.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Please note: All of our products are digital, and you get immediate access right after purchase.

I want to cancel my order.

To request a cancellation of your order, please contact our support team directly:

Please include your full name, your order ID (if available), and – if possible – use the same email address you used when placing the order. This helps us resolve your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If a refund is possible, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Important:
Please do not initiate a chargeback, as this may lead to additional fees that we reserve the right to pass on to you.
